Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all apps published by PavApps, including Attended, Contested, and any future apps released under the PavApps name (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PavApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some Apps, including Contested, offer auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time purchases ("Purchases") to unlock additional features. Where an App offers a Purchase:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and price as the original subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Renewal charges are made within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (or the then-current price, if it has changed and you have been notified in accordance with Apple's requirements).

  • Managing or cancelling a subscription is done through your Apple ID account settings on your device — PavApps has no ability to cancel a subscription on your behalf and does not process payments directly.

  • Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

  • Refunds are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies. PavApps does not process refunds directly and has no visibility into your payment details.

  • Lifetime / one-time purchases are a single, non-recurring charge that unlocks the relevant features permanently for that Apple ID, subject to these Terms.

All billing is handled entirely through Apple's App Store; PavApps never has access to your payment information.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use an App to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe the rights of any third party

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of an App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of an App or its associated services
     

User Content
Where an App allows you to enter your own content (such as team names, tournament data, or attendance records), you retain all rights to that content. You are solely responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

Third-Party Services
Some Apps use Apple's CloudKit to sync or share data at your direction. Your use of these features is also subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. PavApps has no access to data stored in your personal iCloud account.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. PavApps does not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PavApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, an App.

Termination
You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it from your device. PavApps may suspend or terminate your access to an App's features if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as new Apps are released or features change. The updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of an App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
